Terms of service

Effective June 10, 2026.

The service

SiteDolphin monitors websites, domains and email settings and sends alerts by email when something looks wrong. The service is provided by Olav AB, Sweden ("we").

Price and payment

The service costs $9 per month or $90 per year. Payment is taken in advance through our payment provider Stripe. No lock-in — you can cancel anytime from your account, and monitoring continues to the end of the period you've already paid for.

What to expect — and what not to

We work hard to make the checks frequent, accurate and fast, but SiteDolphin is an aid, not a guarantee. We can't promise that every outage is detected or that every alert arrives, and we are not liable for damage to, or lost revenue from, your website. Our total liability is limited to what you have paid for the service in the last twelve months.

Your responsibility

You may only add websites that you own or have permission to monitor. Misuse — for example using the service to map other people's websites — gives us the right to close the account.

Changes

If we change these terms or the price, we'll email you at least one month in advance. If you don't accept the change, you can cancel before it takes effect.
