What we store

Your email address, the web addresses you monitor and the results of our checks (response times, certificate dates, findings from sweeps). For the free check-up we store your IP address for 30 days to prevent abuse. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe — they never reach our servers.

What we use it for

Delivering the service: running checks, sending alerts and reports, and managing your subscription. We don't send third-party marketing and we never sell your data.

Who we share with

Stripe (payments) and Postmark (email delivery) — each processes only what its job requires. Our database runs on servers within the EU.

For how long

Check results are kept for 90 days, free check-ups for 30 days. If you close your account, your data is deleted within 30 days, except what bookkeeping law requires us to keep.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time. Email hello@sitedolphin.com. The data controller is Olav AB, Sweden.
